We care about you, and think you should have choices when listing your home. We don’t believe that “one marketing plan fits all” when it comes to selling your home. We offer you options to choose from when you list your property with us.

Whether you just want your property entered into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) or you want someone to walk you through every step of the real estate transaction, we have a plan to fit your needs and budget!

We give you choices that make listing your home as easy as 1 – 2 – 3…

1. Flat Fee/MLS Only Plan – If you have experience in real estate transactions and prefer a more “do-it-yourself” approach to selling your home, you may want to choose our Flat Fee/MLS Only Plan. We gather all the information about your property, enter the property information into the MLS (including photos) and have our appointment service schedule the showing appointments. Once an offer comes in, you take over with the negotiations and complete the transaction from contract to closing. The flat fee for this service is paid up-front and the listing will stay in the MLS until it is sold (or client chooses to have it removed).

2. Common Sense Plan – This plan includes the essential tools you need to market your property. We gather the information about your property, enter your property in the MLS (including photos and a Virtual Tour), our appointment service schedules the showing appointments, we negotiate the offer(s), oversee all inspections, and provide detailed contract to closing guidance.

3. Traditional Plan – This plan pulls out all the stops! Everything in the Common Sense Plan is included, plus – open houses, print media, feature cards, single property website, and a free home warranty.

*If you choose our Flat Fee/MLS Only Plan and decide you need additional help once the process is underway, you have the option to upgrade to the Common Sense or Traditional Plan and receive a credit for the amount you paid for the Flat Fee/MLS Only service.
