1. We guide you through the home buying process, working at your pace and on your schedule. We assist with locating properties and schedule showings for the properties that best meet your criteria.
2. We point out the pros and cons of each property, along with discussing resale value.
3. Once you’ve narrowed your search to your favorite home(s), we do the research – including comparable sales, estimated current market value, area information, and material facts to help you make the most informed decision possible.
4. We prepare the paperwork, present the offer and negotiate on your behalf.
5. We can provide recommendations of lenders, attorneys, inspectors and other professionals to help you complete your due diligence.
6. We take you from contract to closing by guiding you through the due diligence period including:
- Attending inspections
- Preparing, presenting and negotiating repair requests
- Completing the final walk-through
- Reviewing the Closing Disclosure statement with you
- Attending closing
